Are these just useful for an in the moment activity....like I'm smelling rosemary so my awareness is heightened and I'm remembering things better....or do they have longer term effects...like I am used to smelling rosemary on a regular basis and even though I'm not right now, my brain quickly remembers information because I'm used to smelling this scent
