    i forget things a lot including names, i find it difficult to read as well because i end up forgetting everything, holding information is a big problem for me and i find it hard to find the right word to use during a discussion.

Are these just useful for an in the moment activity....like I'm smelling rosemary so my awareness is heightened and I'm remembering things better....or do they have longer term effects...like I am used to smelling rosemary on a regular basis and even though I'm not right now, my brain quickly remembers information because I'm used to smelling this scent
