The acai berry is is strange in the way that only 10% of the berry is actually edible, the main reason for this is it has a large stone which takes up most of the berry. It is a dark purple berry slightly smaller than a grape, acai is more communally mixed with ice cream, meal bars and also energy drinks. The acai berry requires rapid precessing after its late harvest. The acai berry grows in the rain forests of the amazon in south america and is considered by some as being more than an organic fruit. These rain forests remain untouched by any sort of manufacturing, everything in this region is grown the way it was intended by nature and no mass production is add in any way. Sweet as Honey: Honey Drink Recipes

Bee Sting 1 bottle amber ale 1 bottle hard apple cider 2 teaspoons honey Fill two glasses half way with the bottle of amber ale. Add one teaspoon of honey to each and then fill the glass the rest of the way with the hard apple cider. Gently stir and serve immediately. Serves two. Iced Honey Latte 2 cups double-strength brewed coffee 1 cup milk 1/4 cup honey 2 cups crushed ice Mix together the coffee, milk and honey in a large pitcher with a whisk until the honey is dissolved. Chill for at least one hour. Before serving, blend coffee mixture and ice in a blender until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately. Serves two. Honey Berry Tea 2 cups freshly brewed green tea, chilled 1 pint fresh berries 1/4 cup honey 1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate In a blender, combine the berries and honey and blend until smooth. Add orange juice concentrate and process until well blended. Stir mixture into cooled tea in a large pitcher. Serve immediately over ice. Serve
