Good article!A good way to healthy lifestyle is to eat right and be physically active.I remember my lecturer of Human Physiology once said that a student went to her office worried that she was not losing weight despite eating just two apples per day.She told her you can just lose weight by reducing food intake only.You have to exercise to burn off excess fats.
